My History as a Chef
I started out in local restaurants in Kapuskasing, Ontario at the age of 15. After I moved to Toronto, I began working in Toronto's high end and fine dining restaurants. I studied and graduated from George Brown's Chef Training Program. I got my red seal certification afterwards. I was the head chef at Sherry Brydson's Elmwood Spa where I made appearances on Breakfast Television. I was also a personal chef for the rich and famous. Such clients as Shania Twain, John Terry and Bobby Genovese.
